Most journeys to purchase a Portuguese property are more of an endeavour then a sprint.
Before being introduced to CC Homes, we had used the services of an agent whose approaches included requests for money upfront (even before the promissory) to secure a property and communications designed to pressurise us, it was not a pleasant experience.
CCHomes, did not employ any devious tactics, we felt very comfortable using their services. They helped and guided us on our journey to eventually purchase our new Portuguese home, Felicia was full of pleasant surprises which enhanced our journey and made it fun at times. On more than one property viewing session, Felicia pulled a spare set of keys from her pocket for a mystery property for us to view.
Above all Felicias honesty was second to none. Many houses in Portugal have legal issues that could derail the buying process. On countless occasions Felicia warned us of legal issues before we even booked a viewing on the property.
This saved us much heartache and time.

Behind the scenes Vanessa efficiently managed the purchase process through to completion. Vanessa also provided us guidance and advice after completion, on managing a legal issue we accepted at purchase.
Felicia and Vanessa have helped us in many ways during and after our property hunt and purchase. We do appreciate all they have done for us and for making our journey a more pleasant experience.
Would we use CCHomes Algarve again YES, but we are not planning a new journey for a few years…
